Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order processing:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Methods & delivery times:

• Royal Mail standard delivery: 2-3 days.

• Collection from Wickham Market available, please contact me becki@rebeccasreflexology.co.uk or 07845 599256.

Shipping costs:

£4 flat rate on all orders.

International shipping:

• Please enquire for details.

Tracking your order:

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs for international orders.

Delays or lost packages:

• I am not responsible for carrier delays.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at becki@rebeccasreflexology.co.uk or 07845 599256.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligibility for returns:

• Return timeframe: within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

How to return an item:

• Contact me at becki@rebeccasreflexology.co.uk to request a return.

• Include your order number and reason for return.

• I will provide further instructions.

Return shipping costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• For defective or incorrect items, I cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

• Refunds cannot be made on items bought with gift vouchers.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the returns policy.
