The Experience
I offer a light touch therapy, suitable for people at any age.
All treatments begin with the completion of a short health questionnaire, after which you will be assisted to the couch where you will be made comfortable before the reflexology begins. Having first observed the feet, I will then begin the light touch treatment, which will typically last between 45 – 50 minutes. Following the treatment there will be an opportunity for us to review the session.
For taster sessions and workplace treatments the timings will be reduced as discussed and agreed at time of booking.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment
Initial treatment - an advance payment of the full cost is required at time of booking.
Following treatments - full payment is required on the day of the treatment.
Payments can be made via BACS or in cash.
Cancellations
Whilst I do appreciate that emergencies may occur, please be aware that I reserve the right to charge the full cost of a treatment, if the cancellation is made within less than 24 hours or you are a no show (for party and workforce bookings this applies if cancellations are made within less than a week's notice).
If you need to re-schedule your appointment please let me know as soon as possible and we will fix an alternative date.
If, for any reason, I need to reschedule your appointment, I will of course give you as much notice as possible so we can find a suitable alternate date.
